Jordan Yeager, a candidate for Bucks County Court of Common Pleas Judge, took the lead today in signing the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s “Judicial Candidate’s Pledge,” vowing to conduct his campaign according to “standards consistent with the integrity, impartiality, and independence of the judicial office to which I aspire.” This pledge is typically signed only by candidates for a statewide appellate court.

On signing the pledge, Yeager commented, “I am taking this action because we should expect the highest ethical conduct of all of our judges and judicial candidates. I wholeheartedly agree to conduct my judicial election campaign consistent with the most stringent standards of ethics, integrity, impartiality, and independence that should be expected of all candidates for every level of our Commonwealth’s courts.”
